In an interview with HT Lifestyle, Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, Founder of Akshar Yoga Kendraa, advised, “Start with gentle warm-up poses like Cat-Cow Stretch and Child’s Pose, then gradually progress to more strengthening poses like Bridge and Locust.
