Sunlight can heal us. A walk in nature can give us a lot of clarity and make us feel better. With spring knocking on the doorsteps, it’s time to run into nature and soak in the spring sunshine. “Spring is in the air, which gives many of us the opportunity to take advantage of some sunshine. There are so many benefits to getting some rays. Sleep, health and mood just to name a few. If you don’t have access to a lot of sun, you can buy special lamps and lightbulbs to brighten up your space. Just always remember to apply sunscreen,” wrote Therapist Andrea Evgeniou.
