Anxiety is the condition where a person is constantly worried about daily activities. Some of the most common symptoms of anxiety are nausea, headache, thumping heart and trembling. Anxiety also makes us postpone our tasks because of the fear of failure. “It’s easy to think you’re just being lazy, or struggling to manage your time well, but there is often a deeper process happening inside when you choose to procrastinate.
