Intrusive thoughts depend on the experiences of a person. It can vary from one person to another. During the holiday season, anxiety often goes to its peak. The pressure of meeting expectations and coming across questions from family and relatives can be stressful. “Intrusive thoughts can vary significantly from person to person, often shaped by individual experiences, beliefs, and anxieties. Especially during the holiday season, these intrusive thoughts may become more frequent.
