PCOS is the condition where cyst formation happens in the ovaries because of the abnormal amount of Androgen produced by the ovaries. Menstrual irregularity, acne formation, obesity and mood swings are some of the common symptoms of PCOS. With the right kind of diet, PCOS can be managed effectively.
