The Congress, which is facing internal strife in many states including Punjab, has now faced a crisis in Haryana as well. Senior party leader Kuldeep Bishnoi has now shown rebellious attitude. In Haryana, Congress leader Kuldeep Bishnoi has indicated to take a rebellious stand after Uday Bhan, a close aide of former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, was made the state Congress president. He said on Wednesday that he would seek answers from Rahul Gandhi before taking any further steps. He tweeted, ‘I am reading all of your messages on social media. I am very emotional to see your immense love. I am very angry like you. But I request everyone that till I do not ask for an answer from Rahul ji, we do not have to take any step. If you have affection for me, then exercise restraint.
Former Chief Minister late Bhajan Lal’s son Bishnoi himself was also a contender for the post of President of Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee. Uday Bhan, considered close to Hooda, hails from the Dalit community and has replaced Kumari Selja.
